At Samco Pakistan, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy with your fashion items, you may return or exchange them within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the product you wish to return.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original Samco tags attached in their original packaging.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items and ship them back to our central warehouse using a traceable courier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
